For racers everything listed below is included. For non-racers sharing a room or unit, just the room share and the three social events (the welcome party, the mid-week beach buffet, and the graduation dinner) are included.

- Early bird discount - $100 per person if you reserve your Race Week berth prior to November 1, 2011
- $200 per person for returning Performance Race Week participants - You already get a lifetime $100 discount because you are an Offshore Sailing School graduate; now you get to deduct an additional $100 for a total of $200 if you sign up prior to November 1, 2011

Explanation of room types, proximity to our boats, and sleeping arrangements
Offshore Sailing School's fleet is located at the north end of the resort in the yacht harbor, with Harbourside Guest and Waterview rooms a stone's throw away. The Marina Villas are across the harbour on a spit of land connected by a very short access road. Harbourside rooms generally have two queen beds and a refrigerator. They are ideal for singles and couples (both racing or just one racing), or two racers who wish to share a room. Marina Villas have two bedrooms, a full kitchen and living room with a sleep couch. They can sleep up to six. All these units are very close to our docks, no car or trolley is needed to get to the boats.
The Bayside Villas and Beach Villas are located at the south end of the resort where you will check in, just under 2 mlles from the yacht harbor and our boats. A trolley runs continuously from one end of the resort to the other. You may wish to rent an electric cart or bicycle to get around on your own time, or you may drive a car if you have one. What do we mean by "sharing?"
Generally, the villas have a king bed in one bedroom and two doubles in the second, with a sleep couch in the living room. However, the configuration may change, so please confirm your desires when you book your package with our sales team.
What do we mean by "sharing?"
The rates above are based on everyone taking the course and sharing a room or villa according to the rates listed, except for the last column. The very last column is the rate for a non-sailor (not racing) sharing the same room as the person racing. This is easy to figure out for the Harbourside Rooms and 1 bedroom villas, as there is just one bedroom. In the two bedroom units the non-racer sharing rate means that person is occupying the other bedroom, each in a private rooms. Kid are free in some cases, there may be a charge for the sleep couch if all are adults. So, please, verify what your total package will actually be if you are coming with a family or larger group than four. Please note rates are subject to change.
